To introduce sound behavioral and helping approaches to health care, dentistry and dentists at-large; to help dentists and team members grow their leadership and people skills in dentistry and their dental practices. To facilitate the personal and professional development of ISOC members-intellectually, emotionally, financially, and spiritually. To make members lives easier by bringing people and resources into one place. To develop leaders in dentistry for these challenging times. To build a community of like-minded people who care.
