Bob Frazer, DDS
Bob Frazer, DDS

Bob Frazer has been a leader in dentistry since his early years having served as an officer and president of a number of professional groups. He was part of the second teaching delegation of dentists to China in 1982. He then led a second delegation to both China and Tibet in 1984.

He received the University of Texas Dental Branch Master Practitioner Award in 1999. He is also a Fellow of both The American College and International College of Dentists.

Since the 1970's, Dr. Frazer has been speaking to, conducting workshops for and personally consulting dentists from across North America and Europe on the very concepts that he was incorporating into his private practice. These include peer group health learning, collaborative diagnosis, treatment planning and case presentation, computerization of the dental office (computers at the chair in 1982), and Applied Strategic Planning.

With increasing demand for his services and an accompanying passion for this work, he decided to take to this new vocation full time.

In 1991, Bob founded R.L. Frazer & Associates, Inc. as a strategic leadership and consulting firm for principle-centered, values-driven dentists/leaders and their teams who aim to achieve uncommon service, success and fulfillment.

Bob enjoys getting outdoors to fly fish, play golf, ski, or just take in nature. When he gets the chance, he travels to visit his sons or explores a foreign country with his wife.

He and his wife reside in Austin, Texas, their home of 30 years.
